Acceptance of Advertising: This journal reserves the right to accept materials and require publication prepayment. This journal does not accept advertising for credit/debit cards, insurance or travel. Advertising subject to rejection by the editor of the Journal. All advertisements reproduced in black & white only unless otherwise specified. Color ads negotiable at additional cost. The advertiser agrees to assume all liability for content of ads printed and must be fully authorized for use of the ad’s content, including, but not limited to, persons’ names and pictures, testimonials, and any copyrighted or trademarked material. In consideration of the publication of advertisements, the advertiser will indemnify and hold the publisher harmless from any loss or expense arising out of an advertisement.

ELECTRONIC FILES: Electronic files are the preferred method for advertising materials. The following file types are acceptable (in PC or MacIntosh format):

  • Adobe Acrobat PDF files. PDFs should be created using the Press Optimized settings and all fonts must be embedded.
  • Adobe Pagemaker or Quark Express files: Include the screen and printer fonts and all linked graphics.
  • Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand: Please include screen and printer fonts or select all and convert the type to curves/outlines/paths. Include all linked graphics.

DISPOSITION OF MATERIALS: Reproduction material will be held for 60 days from the date of last insertion and then destroyed unless requested for repeating ads.
